Any order placed on our site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC, accessible at any time on the site.
Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight differences (packaging, colors, etc.) may exist and do not engage our responsibility.
Prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).
Payment is made in cash on delivery (“cash on delivery”). The amount due must be paid to the delivery person upon receipt of the package.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of the packages upon delivery and to make any reservations (breakage, missing product, etc.) to the seller within 24 hours.
The information collected is necessary for order processing and remains confidential. You have the right to access, modify or delete your information by contacting our customer service.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the Moroccan courts will have sole jurisdiction. The applicable law is Moroccan law.
