Delivery Zones

We deliver everywhere in Morocco to the address indicated when ordering. Please make sure to fill in your details correctly to avoid any delays.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tangier…): 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other cities and rural areas: 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays). We do our best to meet these estimates.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated according to the destination city and displayed when you validate your cart.
  • Examples:
    • Casablanca, Rabat: 30 DH
    • Other cities: 40 to 55 DH depending on the location

Order Tracking

After shipment, a tracking number can be provided upon your request.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If an item does not suit you, you can request a return under certain conditions.

Return Conditions

  • Request to be made within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • The product must be new, unused, in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • Personalized, hygiene, or opened products are not accepted for return, in accordance with health regulations.

  2. After validation by our team, the return is made via a delivery service at your expense.

  3. After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed according to the terms below.
